Bring your NEMT department in-house.
Book member trips and send them to the transport providers you already contract. Your staff can do the brokering, or Skipper’s team can do it for you.
Keep the providers you already use
Bringing NEMT in-house does not mean buying vans. It means member trips run through your own provider network, whoever does the day-to-day brokering.
You invite the transport companies you contract with into that network and set the areas each one covers. They run their day on Skipper’s provider product, with a driver app that records a signature, the odometer and a GPS trail at every stop.
Two ways to run it
Your staff broker
Your team books and places every trip
Schedulers book each member’s trip, confirm eligibility against your own records, and send it to a provider in your network. You decide how providers are ranked for a trip, and you can follow any trip live.
Skipper brokers
Our team does the work while you keep watch
Your staff get a read-only portal showing your provider network, coverage, provider performance, fraud signals and members.
A login for each person on your team
When your staff do the brokering, you choose read, write or admin access for each person.
A director who wants to follow performance gets read access to the same portal your schedulers use. Nobody shares a password, and every change is recorded against the person who made it.
